For the 44th time, the LOS ANGELES ROADSTERS CAR CLUB has produced its world-famous roadster exhibition and trade show (the 29th year at the L. A. County Fairplex). As always, the show is held on Father's Day weekend, this year on Saturday & Sunday, June 14-15th, 2008

There is something for everyone at the "L. A. Roadster Show."

Late model enthusiasts will find the swappers and manufacturers with many of the parts they are looking for, while early car parts will be in abundance for those restoring antiques or building a hot rod.

Several hundred manufacturers of new reproduction parts, kits, and accessories will have a special section to display their products and services in the shade in the Commercial Vendor Midway. (Toy models, clothes& artworks are also featured.)

In the unlimited Specialty Parking area, pre-1975 classics, hot rods and other special interest cars will be on display. This has become known as the perfect place to buy or sell a really cool car. (Last year over 1,500 of all makes & colors "wowed" spectators)

THE MAIN ATTRACTION of course will be the hundreds of pre-1936 open cars of all types and makes: some original, some modified, but all of the highest quality and completely finished. (Last year 800+ of these beauties were registered.)

Check out the photos (above) for a look at a few of these very "cherry" rods. (Double click on each to enlarge.)

Join the thousands from around the world - Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the US from Maine to Hawaii - who attend this 2-day extravaganza!

Bring your own picnic lunch, or purchase food at the many Fairplex stands selling hotdogs, burgers and tri-tip steaks, beverages, candies, and ice creams.

What a perfect way for Dads and their families to spend Father's Day Weekend!

Admission is $15.00 per person (kids under 12 are free). Sorry, no student or senior discounts.

The Fairplex also charges a parking fee.
