Fox News Manipulated Coverage Of 9/12 Tea Party

The Fox News' ad is at best an exaggeration, and at worst a flat-out lie. Fox News covered the teabaggers protest in DC as if it were the Second Coming, but that doesn't mean that the other media outlets neglected the story. The broadcast networks as well as MSNBC and CNN assigned some of their top reporters to cover the event.
Fox News had a vested interest in covering the teabaggers party because Glenn Beck helped organize the event. The crybaby pundit devoted a lot of air time promoting the big shindig.
In fact it was Fox News that acted improperly in reference to the Tea Party protests
"Over the weekend another angle of the 9/12 rally story emerged. It involved a Fox News associate producer caught on video, rallying the crowd.
Friday evening Media Matters aired a clip of 'behind the scenes footage' of the staffer whipping up the crowd during a Griff Jenkins live shot." Chris Ariens.
Organizers of the 9/12 protests expected a Million Moron March, but they were only able to deliver a few thousand angry conservative nut jobs. Fox News didn't want Glenn Beck to seem like a loser, so a Fox producer whipped up the crowds during a Griff Jenkins live shot. I wonder if the Fox producer stirred up the conservative flakes by showing them a poster of Sarah Palin clutching a machine gun in one hand and holding a baby in the other?
It's unfair to make the Fox News producer the scapegoat when it is the policy of the conservative media outlet to showcase and promote Republican politicians and conservative events.
Fox News: Fair and Balanced! Yeah, Right!
