Free Community Drum Circle this SUNDAY!

October 4th, 2009 in Malibu, CA to honor our veterans.
The Veteran Resiliency Program will host a Community Drum Circle at Malibu Bluffs Park overlooking the ocean on Sunday, October 4th from 3:00-6:00 PM. Led by Raven Drum Foundation Co-Founders, Rick Allen (drummer for Def Leppard) and Lauren Monroe, the event will pay tribute to those we have lost and those that are coming home with life-changing wounds. The public is welcome and encouarged to join. No previous drumming experience necessary. Drums will be provided for the first 150 to register. Malibu Bluffs Park is located at 24250 Pacific Cost Highway, Malibu, CA 90265, at Pacific Coast Hwy and Malibu Canyon Rd (across PCH from Pepperdine University).
This event is free with preregistry at www.ravendrumfoundation.org or $10 at the door.
After the community gathering, a fundraising dinner will be held in a local Malibu resturant with a beautiful view of the ocean. Tickets are limited to 15 and are available at www.ravendrumfoundation.org under RDF Store.
