Columbus was the Americas' first foreign terrorist

On Columbus Day, 2004, two hundred and fifty men, women and children were arrested for standing against this inhuman holiday. These people then went before a Denver city court and a jury of their peers. They were found innocent on all charges.
The jury in this case sent a strong message to our elected representatives. The Denver City Prosecuting Attorney then seen fit to spend taxpayers' money to change laws because of the outcome of the trial. In other words, he went out of his way to stack the legal deck against Americans' rights.
Denver City Mayors in passed years have issued press release stating the city's huge cost of taxpayers' dollars each year for security of the Columbus Day parade. I agree with the mayor in his statements that this money is needed for city services for the people. I also know that the Denver Mayor and City Council can bring an end to Columbus Day in their city as they should.
Colorado state government and city governments would save millions of taxpayers' dollars each year just by dropping Columbus Day as a state tax paid holiday. Dropping Columbus Day holiday would also bring an end to Americans protesting the event state and nation wide each year. This action alone would save federal and state governments hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.
In calling for an end to Columbus Day in Colorado and America, Americans are not trying to be politically correct. They are not radicals, nor are they extremists. They are moms, dads, grandparents and veterans. Most of all they are taxpayers and they vote! They do not want their tax dollars paying for Columbus Day when the true history of this "sick criminal" cannot be taught to their young school children.
Italian Americans should have a day set aside to celebrate their rich history, heritage and service to our country in time of need. They should not celebrate it under the name of Columbus. German Americans would not celebrate their holiday under the name of Hitler! The vast majority of Americans see no difference between the two men. It's now being proven by DNA testing that Columbus was not even Italian. History books will soon have to be rewritten.
"Columbus Hitler Day" Columbus is past history, his holiday should also be past history. Columbus went to hell for his sins against Indian men, women and children. To hell with Columbus Day in America!
Why is there not a national holiday in America for Native Americans?
