Indianapolis Business Professionals Create Dental Support Association

Indianapolis, Ind. — A new organization serving as an education and referral source for dental professionals recently formed to help these individual companies serve Hoosier dentists. The Indiana Dental Education and Resource Association (IDERA) was created by James Kuester of Küster Design and Chris Reed of FileEngine.
"There are a lot of groups to help dentists with industry issues, but none for the companies which service and support the dental community," said Chris Reed, IDERA Executive Director. "IDERA is comprised of companies which serve the dental industry."
Member companies in the new organization represent a wide range of services, including: computer hardware, marketing, accounting, interior design and many others.
"Today's dental professional, like most businesses are forced to do more with less," continued Reed. "Our mission is simply to help them find the best solutions for all their business problems."
IDERA will feature informational speakers, presenting on topics of interest to dental community groups and other associations. In addition to the face-to-face events, the new organization has an on-line social community where members can connect, exchange ideas, information, resources and best practices, the site address is www.dentaltalkindiana.com.
"As a dentist and founder of www.eDentist.com, I think IDERA is a non-threatening way to meet and evaluate service providers a dentist needed to build a successful practice," said Gary Llewellyn, D.D.S. " In IDERA I found businesses to help me I never even knew existed."
