There really is a foreclosure epidemic sweeping the U.S. and savvy real estate investors are sharpening their skills and cashing in. Foreclosures make finding motivated sellers and bargain property as easy as shooting fish in a barrel.
This week we bring you a successful entrepreneur who is also a TV star. He rose from rags to riches. His name is Armando Montelongo. Armando Montelongo is the star of A&E´s hit show Flip This House. Some estimates indicate that over 1% of the current mortgages will go into foreclosure or be in arrears during the next few years.
