Joe was born in 1968, in Philippine. His mother is from Philippine and father is an American. He grew up in Manila and starts his career as a junior reporter and news photographer for a local newspaper.
In 2001 he moved to Japan as a news reporter. He spends significant time in his career in India. Joe was injured in 2008 while a road side bomb hits him in a densely populated area of India. After a short brake to recover from his injury, Joe once again is on the road of responsibility. He is now working for 24News.

Most of the western observers believe Afghanistan´s election was not fair and significant irregularities were took place. U.S. is taking these allegations seriously. Pakistani Taliban leader Baitullah Mehsud reportedly killed in a CIA missile attack. A suspected unmanned drone aircraft killed Pakistan´s number 1 enemy. Earlier officials confirmed the death of his second wife. It is thought that during the time of missile attack Baitullah Mehsud was in his father in law´s house. Some confirms Mehsud was buried nearby where the missile attack took place.

Iran's most powerful security force threatened Monday to crush any further opposition protests over the disputed presidential election if they take to the streets again. The news is stunning and the language their Revolutionary Guard used on their own people is more like mob rather than official forces. What they said is "be prepared for a resolution and revolutionary confrontation with the Guards". Can you believe it? They are threatening like about to start a war with Mousavi supporters.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad finally re-elected as a president for the second time. He got a landslide victory over his rival Mir Hossein Mousavi. Unlike any other presidential race in Iran this election ended up with significant violence and protest. People took to the street to protest against Ahmadinejad claiming the election was fraud and full of irregularities. Mir Hossein Mousavi and his supporters are literally rejected the election result.

Pakistani authorities are now saying that they have achieved significant progress on dispersing Taliban rabbles from Swat Valley. Military proclaimed to have their victory in Taliban controlled Swat region, although accepting the possibility of few Taliban militia may still remaining in some small pockets. Taliban has fled from important cities like Mingora. Remaining lands soon will recaptured by the government forces, military claimed.

When Dhaka University teacher Anwar Hossein was arrested for an allegation of demanding restoration of the democracy he expressed his desire to talk with the media. The military backed Caretaker Government at that time rejected that proposal said "Does it ever happened that a prisoner is allowed to speak with the media?" Within a few days Professor Anwar was allowed to talk with the media. Anwar admits it was a wrong move and apologized to the nation. No one in fact believed that that was truly Prof. Anwar meant. Rather analyst described it a clear sign of torture on him and that was forced confession.

The age of the newly elected government in Bangladesh is little more than 4 moths. Already their main rival opposition BNP calls for an early election which stuns everyone. Political turmoil is a regular phenomenon of Bangladesh. No government is usually can work without trouble here. Tiered and exhausted Bangladeshi´s were optimistic for a stable political atmosphere in the country after the last parliament election which was two years behind the schedule. But now it seems their hope is far cry.

Recent success of Taliban guerillas in Pakistan has increased tension to its neighbors. Countries like Afghanistan, India and Bangladesh are not taking this matter lightly. They are afraid if Pakistan failed to tackle these Taliban uprising properly it will encourage Taliban guerillas to carry out their operations to its neighbors. This uneasy feeling is already building up in mind of its neighbors. So Pakistan´s neighbors do not want to see it embrace the similar fate of Afghanistan.
