Who is guilty of the greater incivility, the president who lies or the congressman who calls him on it? Mr. Obama told several whoppers in his speech Wednesday night. Had Rep. Wilson not shouted they would no doubt have passed largely without comment. My local newspaper reported the incident with indignation but only grudgingly noted the fact behind it, that contrary to what the president would have us believe, all versions of health care legislation currently making their way through congressional committees effectively grant federally funded insurance to illegal aliens. That´s the simple truth.
