If you are interested in the possibility of ultimately taking tax-free distributions for your qualified retirement plan (traditional IRA, SEP, etc.) then you may be interested in a newly effective Internal Revenue Service (IRS) provision that allows all of us to convert some or all of our pre-tax retirement accounts (traditional IRA, SEP, etc.) to Roth IRAs. And if you are a high-income taxpayer, chances are you haven't been able to participate in a Roth IRA.
